Under the action of gravity, the shot flows from the storage hopper through the shot flow pipe into the high-speed rotating shot wheel. The shot wheel pushes the shot to the directional sleeve and throws it out from the outlet of the directional sleeve, so that the shot reaches the high-speed rotating blade. Under the push of the blade, the shot is further accelerated and thrown out to form a fan-shaped flow beam. The blasting head throws the shot to the floor to be cleaned through centrifugal force, so that the floor surface can be cleaned and strengthened. After hitting the floor, the shot falls into the recovery hopper together with the impurities. Through the recovery and separation system, the impurities are removed, and the clean shot returns to the storage hopper for reuse.
