Structure and working principle
Core structure:
Shot blaster: It is composed of a high-speed rotating impeller and a shot-splitting wheel, responsible for accelerating the steel shot blasting;
Conveying system: It guides the concrete components to move through conveying rollers or hangers (applicable to some models);
Dust removal device: It separates and recycles steel shots and impurities to achieve dust-free operation.
Workflow:
Steel shots enter the shot-splitting wheel through the shot inlet pipe and are thrown out in a directional manner under the action of centrifugal force;
The projected steel shots impact the concrete surface, clean up impurities and form a uniform texture;
Steel shots and impurities enter the separation device through the rebound chamber, the steel shots are recycled, and the dust is collected by the dust collector
Typical Uses
Pre-treatment of industrial floor coating, cleaning of parking lot waterproof layer base, small highway construction, and landscape pavement.
Removal of concrete surface slurry, exposure of cracks and anti-slip treatment.
Restrictions
Applicable only to dry, hard, oil-free horizontal surfaces, not suitable for inclined or humid environments.
